What is a broad price of a timint belt on a 98 eagle talon?

We got the tap gasket cover and rigns and spark plugs, but we found out it is the timing belt. I am wondering how much for the BELT alone would cost me.

Answers:    I work on them and mind to keep them running..ring a shady tree mech.. Best I can tell you is call for the auto parts store and price them...
Are you sure it is the Belt?? It could have jump timing...180 degrees!..requirement to make sure..very well that is adjectives I can tell you..
expect I can fix it,,but it will be going on for 2 mths before I'm out that bearing....

if you are going to change the timing belt,you might as resourcefully have them revision the water pump,also while you are surrounded by there,for a moment preventive maintenance support.
