When I remove my spark plug theres grease adjectives over it?

I have a 90 honda civic near 166000 moles theres oil adjectives over the 3rd spark plug whats the most likely cause?

Answers:    You could have one of two problems and possiably both. First it would indicate that your "Rings" are worn. Second is that it could be worn Valve Guide Seals.

Rent, Borrow, or Buy a "Compression Tester", and testing the compression on the cylinder that show oil within the spark plug.
Rings, or valve guides. In any case you're looking at some engine work.
