I newly installed a recital chip into my 2002 passat n in a minute it jolts wen it switches from 4th to 5th gear y?

theres no other mods in my vehicle and it was working fine. the check engine table lamp turned on quickly after i installed it. Im recovering mileage and much faster speeds so y is it jolting. it gets pretty scar because i think resembling gears may fall out. I get my chip from

Answers:    the computer chip is affecting the process your cars computer thinks. your motor is not meant to own this installed. so there are going to be characteristics that are going to change from what is norm to you. your gears are not going to fall out. if you really want to maintain the chip in, stir to a professional speed shop and have them integer it out. or you could call the factory owner of the chip and ask whats up with my motor. hope i could help

Since it is a power chip, it have reprogrammed your cars computer to shift a lot firmer. The clutches are like mad tighter now and your saloon is performing better now.

Can you put the behind the times chip back within and see if that takes precision of the problem? Most likely it will.
