replaced shutdown solenoid. wont start. manually move the shutdown solenoid, starts.

what else could cause the shutdown solenoid to not move pay for to the start position, but stay in place when you manually push the solenoid ?

Answers:    I don't know satisfactory about a 95' strike, but I have a request for information; do you have a P7100 injection pump? The ones built surrounded by the Dodge 94-98 Cummings are faulty. At lowest the ones used in conjunction near the shutdown solenoid.
