Answers: I am Mercedes Benz tech and I can relay you for sure that there is no warranty on the brake pad because some people are really strong on the brakes. However if you feel that you are not frozen on the car after I would take it put money on to the dealership where you get the work done and ask them to check other items i.e. calipers, master cylinder becuase there is no bearing they should wear out that fast. Also save in mind that brakes are trouble-free money so sometimes techs just try to flog them without looking.
They belong to wear and crack items so I don't think so.Unless they hold something like good-will policy
