I think the thermostat is stuck close, but the thermostat is brand modern, and i have tried it beside two new thermostats, and i hold the same problem, is nearby anything else that can be wrong?
I installed a new radiator, hose down pump, and i am pretty sure the head gaskets are doomed to failure, can some body please tell me what I can do?

Answers: if you would like to question paper thermostat put in pot of wet, boil water if it open its good if it dosn't, its not. Let it roast up to the specified temperature that it open.
You could have a blockage within the radiator , Flush it out ans see if water is coming out at the bottom, Or check and see if hose is to soft sometimes when they obtain hot they will close and make the engine run hot. hope this help.
Do you have hose down in the grease??Drop some oil past its sell-by date the dipstick on the exhaust manifold when they are hot--if it sizzles and bubbles--you enjoy coolant getting where it does not belong. Are the hoses within good shape?? Is in that a vacuum valve surrounded by the coolant line that open to let the coolant take to the thermostat??
Are you sure you installed the thermostat right side up? The spring needs to dance towards the block. You can test a thermostat by putting it surrounded by a pot of boiling water.
And check the connections to the temp sensor.
You can lay your therm. on the stove if you own a electric stove or take pliers and hold it over your gas stove when it get hot it will open but for it's defective. Be sure it's not upside down when you put it in.

What you should do is guide out to your local shop and have them pressure examination the cooling system for leaks.
Keep within mind that if your cylinder head gaskets are bleak, then this problem is going to verbs until you have them repaird, and continuing to drive the vehicle beside these gaskets leaking will verbs your Catalytic Converter too. The Coolant being burned by the engine will contaminate the converter and the O2 Sensors and wreak some very expensive repair bills for you awfully quickly. Especially since these newer vehicle are OBD2 systems. The Catalytic Converters can be well over $1200.00 to purchase.
After the system is pressure tested the technician will know how to tell you why the truc is still overheating. Be sure to hold a new radiator trilby installed too. If these are bad, they will also bring the system to overheat because it cannot build the proper pressure within the cooling system.
I would also walk so far as to change the upper and lower radiator hoses and the space heater hoses too. Its just cheap insurance to be sure that you own all of the issues covered.
But definately enjoy the system pressure checked to determine what is leaking and where on earth.

Check the thermostat point default. Try a lower scope
setting.
Check the raidiator cap. It should be @ 15 lbs psi.
brand name sure you put the thermostat in the right path with the nick on top. that allow bubbles to pass. you probably bought the tentative thermostat from a auto parts store and i have gotten abundant bad things from them. i would jump through the dealer on somethings for your coup¨¦. doesnt cost that much, but you know its new and not freshly refurbished.
