RV stopped running; will not start; no grease pressure?

When I started my 1983 RV earlier today, it run for about three minutes, and merely when I was roughly speaking to pull past its sell-by date, it stopped and would not start back up. I notice that the oil pressure compute was at 0. The battery are getting a charge (got them replaced yesterday). I have have it for three days and this is the first time it just stopped running short starting again. I also noticed a need of acceleration yesterday, so I put some fuel treatment in the reservoir. What do you think could be the lead to of this?

Answers:    first off if you engines not running your not going to own any oil pressure..... but assumig you be looking while the engine was running the subsequent step would be to check the oil rank. seeing as the engine is not runnig assuming that the oil even was low presently i got some give somebody the third degree. did a make any loud or unusual noise prior to dying such as loud bits and bobs bangs ect. the reality that it doesn't start there are more question doe it turn over , if not i would budge with trunk internal problems. which could get pretty spendy depending on the model rv you own...if turnig over it i would start with the requisites like nouns fuel compression and spark. well that would be where on earth i would start
Is it a Dodge? These were renowned for something called a 'ballast resistor' going doomed to failure.
