Answers: your volvo guide lights are not dirty inside. the plastic on the out side has turned pale. there is a polish you can acquire at any auto parts store made by macguire that will disolve that nasty sickly tint off your lenses. i used it on my 99 altima and it worked great, but it is in the order of time i reuse it because my lights are getting yellow again
If its a plastic lens, nil you can do. If glass, and the bulb can be removed, insert a small soft brush next to glass cleaner on it and get hold of off as much as you can.
