I usually find them a moment ago under the glove box door, and are usually tape to a larger harness with I surmise blue colored tape. Most of the ones I find are not in recent times hanging down, you hold to look for them. Honda sells a womanly jumpered connector to plug into the service connector for about 7 dollars. That method you know if it plugs up into the one you find it is the right one. I hope this helps.
Look surrounded by the fuse panel.
