Are you sure give or take a few this? The 302 was a Ford engine (the antiquated 289 bored out a little) and the 383 is mainly a MoPar product.

Chevy made a 307 and a 283.

huba desires to know that chevy did make a 302 for 2 years(68 and 69) simply available in the camaro Z28. Extremely stong running but not massively durable. 383 stroker probably has smaller quantity power if comparably built.
