My four wheeler runs fine for about 3 minutes next starts bogging out and studering. It then simply runs on full choke. Then it stalls after a while and wont start for a few mins

The carburetor isn't getting enough gas flow to it.......
I believe you enjoy a carb float problem. sounds like the gas flow into the bowl is moderately blocked.
