I've get a 1990 Chevy Lumina 3.1 sedan that will not start. Engine turns, but no fire. Any abet?

Engine has strange spark plugs and wires. It was making a rattle noise finishing time I drove it.

Answers:    Rattle could mean around anything.
Not starting could possibly a crankshaft sensor.
Common problem at that age, relatively inexpensive but a real twinge to get to.
Also check the fuel filter, and coil, hope this help.
