I changed from a 3 wire turn signal assembly to a 2 rope assembly. In order to overcome this difference I tied green and white together and next the black wire to black telecommunication. Now the problem is if I turn on the hazard wispy everything blinks and if I turn signal clicks rapidly contained by the car, but nought happens outside. Finally if I turn on headlights, a moment ago headlights work, and nothing else.

OK check the turn signal flasher because within is a hazard flasher. Sounds to me you trying to by-pass the turn signal switch. Well partner unless you install a brand new 1 you wont go anywhere short blowing fuses. Make sure you have power at the green and white line connection. If so product sure the black wire is ground and included within the blinker system to the turn signal flasher if it isn't, make one OK. Then recheck the system should blink properly. The turn signal flasher must own ground for the complete system to work.
