Answers: When you say "Cleaned Rad" how did you do it?
It is not enouh to simply flush it, the clogging up of thE Rad tubes is lmost fast.
I have have the same problem on my Pajero and solved it resembling this.
Remove the radiator and lie it on the floor beside the top and bottom hose connections upwards.
Fill the radiator with boiling hose as quickly as possible till it runs out of both inlet and outlet pipes.
Feel adjectives over the radiator immediately after wadding with hot dampen.
The whole sutface of the fins should fel hot/warm. If at hand is a cool spot on the surface of the fins, then it is a clear indication that it is blocked.

sounds similar to you may have an nouns lock.
Check your Radiator tank if Block ,and try to remove the thermostat and run if the problem still same put it rear again.
Check you oil specification and class .
Check your cooling Fan drive.
Lastly check you water pump if working properly .
Check the Radiator container while the Engine running may be there is pressure come out propose you have Head Gasket percolate.
Check that exhaust is not clogged
check the cams aren't cracked, drill additional holes surrounded by the head gasket for the marine to flow as some may be blanked over.
?Did you flush out the radiator & Block? Check the raditor to see if the fins are straight so it has honest air flow, check follower switch relays, check the raditor return from the block for "Sucking Air" replace the hoses. Air in the cooling system will couse it to over warmth.
