I installed a slave cylinder only. It help the problem a little, and I thought it needed bleeding more. But, I put it surrounded by the garage for 2months. Yesterday, I cranked it, and NO clutch. I put it in every gear near the clutch out.
I bled it according to the manual, and it be very stiff, wouldn't shift in gear, and whine when it was fully unavailable. Reverse would grind when you tried to enter it. Once, it actually tried to move forward when I pushed the clutch to the floor while within 1st. Bled it again, NO clutch. Goes in gear next to the pedal feeling everyday. Any ideas??
Answers: I don't imagine your playing with the slave cylinder here. The slave is located INSIDE the nouns and is unaccessible to you. If it is leaking ior shabby you will have to verbs the tranny and deal next to it. Not a fun job but essential.
im pretty sure its the clutch master cylinder.
