If you mean you need to adjust the idle somewhat higher next you are out of luck. It is programmed into the ECU (engine control unit). I think if you hold GM's scan tool you may be able to flash the computer and adjust it that course but I don't know for sure. It is not like a carburated engine where on earth you can turn a screw and it adjusts.
If your motor is not idleing you may have a clogged Idle Air Controll spigot. It is attached to your throttle body. A little carb clean sprayed into it and some restrained tapping on the outside near a hammer should break it loose. If the IAC is the problem (car wont idle) than you probably will call for an IAC.
