What could cause this? There is voltage on a white/green and green line, dimmer and illumination wires supposively. The radio does not require any of these.
The dashboard backlight is no longer working. Not sure what steps to take immediately. Shouldnt the voltage for the white/green wire convert when adjusting the dimmer knob? It doesnt. Help. Would resembling to avoid taking the car within to an expensive service call.
