I have a 94 Chevy Blazer and both the anti-lock and brake hurricane lantern go on when I am driving on the highway. When they finally move about off my brake wad seems to lock for a few second but if I pump it, its fine. It does not happen repeatedly. I had the Brake lines replaces, Master cylinder replaced, topical brakes, shocks/struts, and still happens. Anybody know what cause this?

My guess is this is a rear pedals antilock system, the module is right under the master clyinder connected to a bracket that if truth be told bolts to the master cyl. mount. Under that is a entity called an isolation dump tap. One of the wire harness from the module and the brake fluid lines go to it. That will probable be the problem.
Very common problem next to those Blazers-there's an internal relay that goes impossible in the electro-hydraulic part. Not a cheap repair
