Answers: Those cars beside the 3.3, and also the 90-94 Dodge minivans with the 3.3 have a serious problem with the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors. Sometimes both would fall short at the same time, sometimes single one was the problem. You can budge to a shop and have them do an ohms of resistance theory test on each sensor. That will bring up to date which one is out of range. The problem is that any sensor could have messed up, and both will prevent spark when they fail. After they determine which one is bleak, have it replaced. Then enjoy them run a dual trace scope, because the sensors are also doomed to failure about single failing when the engine is hot, even though when cool, the ohms readings are everyday. Any Dodge tech knows exactly what I am discussion about. I be working on these before the TSB come out. It is a pain to interpret which one has erstwhile if the ohms are within spec. No technician will ever forget diagnosing yours if specifically the problem. The whole time I typed this, I be thinking about that 1992 Dodge Dynasty 3.3 that give me 2 days of headache in 1993.
Is the freestyle charged? If so get an OBD-ll scanner and run a scan and ask Auto Zone what the code mechanism. There is a possibility of a defective module, fuse, plugged filter or sensor. You need to run the scan its free from Auto Zone. Good Luck and God Bless
