Why cant i put my rim on my tire?

my rim has a couple of dents on the brim of them and i took it to a tire place and it seemed approaching they shoved a bunch of plugs in it so the atmosphere wouldnt come out of it..i was a moment ago wondering if any1 out there cant explain this to me..and wat might hold caused the dents on the edges of them?

Answers:    the dents may enjoy been cause by the rim hitting a curb a few times or from something the previous owner may have done to the vehicle,it sounds like adjectives they done was plugged some holes that might own been within the tire,as for the dents who knows what the sports car may have go through before you get it,good luck on it.
very well to dent the rim someone had to hit a curb or another solid jib, thats the only road, i would be tossing that rim away and getting a new one
The dents most plausible came from hitting the curb a great deal and when the lip of the rims are bent, they won't give the tire a virtuous seal and will discharge air.
did you curb them?
Wreak? Are they after open market?
Its hard to do such blight w/o you knowing what happened.

it's possible second night an alien come stole your car, get drunk and hit a curb
The dents or areas that are pushed in are cause by a few things, Hitting curbs, running the tire flat, hitting or running over debris doing a tour. Their are other things but these are the main cause.
As far as them putting plugs into youur rim I am baffled. Usually when the rim is damaged close to a deep dent within the edge ot the rim the tire bead cannot stick enough and the atmosphere will escape. Causing the tire to deflate.
Plugs are usually used to plug up a hole in your tire.
I dont know in the order of putting plugs on the edge to elimanate nouns from escapeing.

Ya got me
If your rim is dented, later replace it with a honest one. If it is a stock rim, then jump to a salvage yard and receive another one.

The dent could have be caused by striking something near wheel, pot hole, curb, something surrounded by the road. Who knows, the considerable thing is that it is bent, and desires to be replaced. It is a safety entity, you shouldn't mess with. Get it done right, and you won't own to mess with it again.
If the seal surface of the rim is damaged, it isn't going to hold nouns. The dents are caused by hitting curbs, potholes, driving on a flat, etc. They purely don't dent themselves.

And you put a tire on a rim, not the other way around.
your rims are designed to hold your at a specific tightness to insure proper inflation for not dangerous operation of you vehicle the dents are apparently sever enough to be insecure to yourself and others so cheer up your life be saved by whoever suggested you replace or repair you rims.
