Could I thieve this sports car backbone?

The other day I get a car from a used saloon lot, when I test drove it..everything seem to be ok, but now that I've have a couple days of driving in it, I'm starting to spot problems. So lets read out I don't really want this car anymore, could I filch it back and catch my down payment support? Or would I lose that? Also, would I be able to steal it back short any problems since I signed the papers saying that I'd reward 4K for it?

Answers:    It depends on their return policy, but if you have individual had it a couple of days, you can probably bring it final. Look at the contract you have for the sports car and see what it says give or take a few returns. I would bring the car hindmost to them RIGHT AWAY ... do not wait.
its better u receive d money back n buy a spanking new brand car.........
most states do not hold a right of recission law on automobiles. So they don't own to take it fund. You sign paper work for what you promise to pay envelope and you understand the sports car is as-is. They may swap you out of it for something else, though. If you go contained by with an attitude, they probably won't do anything for you. Be nice and hold good reason, it'll get you further.
you want to look at the disclosure with your paperwork that you signed should state on return policy.most dealerships don't approaching to give a reimbursement some times they will trade you some thing eles rember byer beware.
First and foremost, how copious miles have you put on it? Also how copious days did you drive it? Also, what state do you live in?

I lived contained by Arizona for most of my life and so hence can only notify you what I know about AZ state tenet. It stated that with used vehicle you have 15 days or 150 miles to make out an issue. If you do, take it rear to dealer and after have to fix it or provide you your money back. Arizona though is one of those states beside STRICT lemon laws!

Look around on the Internet, they should own it posted somewhere.

If you want me to look, I am a whiz on the Internet, I just necessitate the information listed above. Thanks.
Well unless you get a written warranty you can't take it backbone for the problems.

Though some if not adjectives states allow you to reconsider a contract. You may enjoy 3-5 days days to back out if you transmute your mind. It is designed to help ancestors taht can't say no or those that kind impulse purchases be allowed to spinal column out of a contract.

IT SHOULD state on the paperwork you have that this is a contract and you enjoy ..... days to reconsider IF your state have something of that nature.

I live contained by VA. and I believe we have 3 days.

THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO AUTOS AS ONCE YOU'VE DRIVEN IT, IT REALLY IS WORTH LESS TO THE DEALER AND THEY WOULD SUFFER FINANCIALLY IF PEOPLE RETURNED CARS EVERYDAY.
