It jacked the front passenger side of my saloon up (where the tire is) and some say that if the frame is bent, after my car will be considered totaled because specifically not fixable? I'm no expert on cars but I'm almost postive that there is frame vandalize so I'm kind of worried. It sucks because other than that, the motor is in best condition, runs great and is kind of clean.
Any help?
Pontiac Grand Prix 2006.
Thanks!

A vehicle is considered totaled when the cost of the repairs are more then the book good point of the car. Some other factor enter into the equation such as salvage value and repair-ability of the sports car but money is the overriding factor. The insurance company will try to get out of it as cheaply as possible.
The body can be put on a frame alignment gadget and it can be straightened and returned to the proper position.
With the age of your car, I doubt that it will be totaled, unless near is some other body damage you didn't mention.
These things can come about when you ride around with desperate tires. So now you know, the subsequent time pay the 10-20 dollars and own the tire repaired.
good luck.
if the cost to repair the motor is more than the car is worth afterwards its considered total
the meaning of totalled to an insurance company is wen the cost to fix the vehicle is more than the vehicle is worth at the lowest resale price
