My 2004 Cavalier front windowpane defrost wont turn on. It get stuck on the lower blower. What do I do?

Answers:    the vent controlls are inside the dash they operate on the engines vacuum if you uncap your hood you will find a hose running into the firewall and into the back of the crash
make sure this hose isn't leak if its not then your going to hold to do a little exploratory surgery
by that i connote remove to a/c head and covers below the dash try listen for a vacuum leak any way its probably not going to be expeditious
