My Rover 400 frequently cuts out at traffic lights & roundabouts. Engine seems to shudder momentarily up to that time completely cutting out and sometimes its an ordeal trying to restart it. To avoid it, I put the handbrake on and hang on to revving it until I can move off but this is not the answer....any philosophy?
Answers: Idling speed may need turning up, speedy and easy repair.
i konw someone who have this problem.. they bought new battery-operated, new plugs or doesn`t matter what they are and in the running out it was something really simple and cost lb20.00 surrounded by the garage.. sorry i cant tell you what the problem be exactly.. but take it into the garage and ask.. you dont own to get them to do the work if you dont want them too..
