I a short time ago changed the brake pad contained by my 94 sentra and in a minute when I step on the brakes the pedal feel shaky, WHY?

I did bleed the brake fluid lines and what not but the pedal still feels adjectives weak not stiff. how do I seize my braked pedal to feel stiff again so I dont own to slam the pedal just to come to a stop?
