Answers: It sounds as if your horn has shorted out or have gone bad. The simple tryout is to run a jumper telecommunication from the positive battery terminal to the horn. Pull the power lead off the horn and hit the jumper chain to the terminal where the power cable was attached! If the horn does not nouns, it is bad. You can buy a latest horn at any parts store and they are not expensive ($5-$10).
Good luck!
Locate the horn and hot wire it to assure it is working.
The wires could be sour - or touching each other - exposed wires.
the circuit has a fuse, wires, horn button, more wires, relay, wires and a horn. The frame/body of the vehicle may also be used as the ground conductor. Check your horn mount first for rust or corrosion. If the relay clicks, it's any wire, connections or the horn itself.
