I have a 1994 Honda Civic Ex. My sports car keys be stolen and i do not have a spare switch to start the car. Last year my ignition cylinder spoilt so i had to hold a new one installed so the one i hold now does not contest the VIN number on the car.
Answers: If they be stolen, you should get a different switch. If you lately get a locksmith to cut another, someone could use the stolen push button to steal the car....................
