i have this small dent on the front, departed door of my car. no scratch, its just annoying to look at. i be told that you need to cart it to a body shop and it'll be 500$ just to fix it because they enjoy to take out the door and everything. is near a simpler way?

Save yourself some money...Take off the door panel, and anything else within the way, if you can see the dent from the inside and nearby is room or use something as an extension and hit it out with a rubber sledge hammer.
