It does not work at all on lower level 1-3. How can we fix it or must we go to dealership? Any trustworthy place i can shift in Sacramento or El Dorado County that will not cost a fortune? I purchased vehicle used and fatefully did not receive a manual near it. Thanks for any suggestions/advice.

You have a impossible blower resistor and it should be relatively inexpensive to fix..... #4 position has a full 12 volts and positions 1 thru 3 enjoy resistance and it has gone impossible.....
