i have see a bad ground flex do this,those vehicles own to have several ground wires on them,one from battery-operated to body and from battery to engine,adjectives together i think they own around 7-8 grounding points on the whole vehicle,if one get off or loose that can inflict it to do this,try doing a draw test on it,and see if it shows anything ,this is unproblematic to do, disconnect the negative cable,and attach a 12 volt theory test light between the distrustful battery cable and the mobile post,if it lights up with everything past its sell-by date on the vehicle it has a draw on it somewhere,its a simple channel to find a draw on a battery,if it have one this test will show it,that might give support to you find it,good luck on it.
You might enjoy a bad ground. Even though you changed adjectives the cables, the metal surface might not giving it perfect connection. Are those alternators you changed brand foreign? The store may have gotten a bleak batch of alternators near bad voltage regulators.
