I was basically wondering if I should ask for like, some type of discount with Maaco Paint and Body Work. Pretty much, I put my sports car in their shop and it be supposed to be done in 1-2weeks and it's be around 6 weeks. Then yesterday, I was supposed to pick it up, but they didn't know what color to paint it since I have told them. Just wondering if you guys think I should ask for a discount or something? Price to fix and paint my sports car was $1821.00, I'm not really a being to get upset smooth and my friends' been taking me to institution since he lives in my neighborhood, but possibly it's just the principle of the situation? Anyways, I'd appreciate your opinion. Thanks!
Answers: It wouldn't hurt to explain to the governor that they put you in a tight spot and cost you money.Your request for a discount is for a time unusual but all you can do is try,run for it.
6 weeks?? Yes, I definitely would be discussion to the manager and asking him to cut the bill down. Either that or I would embezzle it to another body shop.
