Oversteer or Understeer?

I had a bit of a reduce to nothing the other day and im trying to better read what happened & how to better correct it.

Heres what happen:

Im driving out of school and Im gonna be making a departed turn after the light. I blast through the feathery and im trying to correct how my cars positioned.
I hit the breaks and somewhere in the corner i realize that i was self "pushed out" of the turn. Like im sliding away from where i want to be in motion. In the car i could here the wheel (dont know if its front or back) going; woo woo woo woo. The tires are just spinning losely. Anyhow, i get out of it but im not really sure what i did?

Was it oversteer or understeer?
How do i get out of them?

Im driving a tiburon 03, next to tires that need varying fairly soon.

Thanks

Answers:    thats understeer, a simple solution to your problem is no not get a move on so hard through the turn, because the harder you get faster; the more grip is used on pushing the car forward, a bit than turning it.

same reason you try not to brake while turning..

you use your activeness stopping rather than turning and bring oversteer.

understeer is where you dont turn as much as you would similar to to, and oversteer is where you turn too much.
Front controls drive cars tend to over steer. Especially when you had acceleration while turning the wheel. Since the drive wheels also steer the sports car, acceleration add more steer to the mix.
